Service Description

Energy work for me is the ability to listen to/perceive your unique song and being able to hear or feel where you are out of tune. In a session I create a safe light-hearted space and invite you into harmony with your natural rhythm uniquely you. Some sessions are done in silence with only gentle relaxing hands-on energy work and subtle body energy work. Other times I will also ask questions and there is inquiry into mindsets, beliefs & past experiences that present during the session that require change and clearing to bring you into harmony. I combine this incredible energetic empowerment and exploration session with many energetic modalities I've studied over the past 20 years, including Reiki, SOP & Energetic Synthesis of Being created by Dr. Dain Heer, Theta healing, natural energy healing, Access Consciousness body processes, sound/vibrational healing, spirit/energy release and intuitively guided energetic & molecular engagement. - Release and dissipate energetic & physical blocks - Experience peaceful and nurturing energetic alignment - Clear, Release, Receive - Explore new energies and stretch into being and receiving more.
